Randy is our founder. He is an experienced entrepreneur and business owner who has taken multiple companies from start up phases to exceeding $100M in annual revenues. Randy brings a lot of knowledge and experience to the table and will help propel Gravitas Initiative to its maximum potential.
Deron Barnes
Deron has proven to be successful in new work climates by consistently driving results year over year. A 5x President’s Club, 2x Rookie of the Year recipient with 15 years of experience within the tech consulting vertical. Deron leverages his self-proclaimed success methodology "DAPPIR" to meet his professional goals and exceed management expectations. Discipline, Adaptability, Passionate, Persistence, IT-Factor and Responsibility.
As an ex-collegiate football and professional athlete, I'm internally wired to push beyond the status quo.

As a former collegiate athlete, Brooke has a passion for athletes and a strong work ethic that has allowed her to transition diverse industries. Brooke brings her 22+ years of business experience to help insure our operations run smoothly for all events, partners and community impact initiatives.
